Personal Computer Support Services will:

  • Design and implement the system tailored to your requirements.
  • Customise forms and reports to accommodate your particular needs.
  • Implement systems that are simple, without compromising required accounting or management information.
  • Provide training necessary to implement and operate your system.
  • Document office procedures and operating instructions, if so required.
  • Ensure that your staff learns to use the system as the complete source of financial information, focusing on ways to use the information to maximize profitability.
  • Assist with software upgrades and issue resolution.
  • Review your accounting records on a regular basis (eg.monthly).
  • Provide accounting services on a temporary basis.

    Support Plans range from a setup- ready to go plan of $500 + GST (providing up to 8 hrs support), monthly review/check-up and consultancy arrangements of $150 + GST or per incidence support at $80 + GST per hour
